Sweet and Spicy Chicken Drumettes
Rimmed Baking Sheet Pan
- In small sauce pan add the butter and melt over medium heat. Once melted add in the honey and cook until the bubbly about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and add in the vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, ancho chili powder and garlic powder. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Place aluminum foil on baking sheet and place drumettes and brush each side of the chicken with the marinade.
- Bake chicken until cooked through about 25-30 minutes until a thermometer reaches 165° FMaking sure to baste all sides of chicken with mixture half way through cooking time.
- Once chicken is fully basted and fully cooked remove from oven and allow to cool for 5-8 minutes to allow juices to absorb back into the chicken, serve hot.
I like to serve with Cast Iron Brussels sprouts with bacon and onions
